Hot Test of Shougang Rongsheng Continuous Slab Casting Machine with CISDI Equipment

Successful first cast of Shougang Rongsheng 2300mm single strand caster supplied by CISDI

The continuous casting machine is the first at the Shougang Rongsheng Steelmaking Plant.

It is equipped with CISDI Group’s independent intellectual property rights of hydraulic vibration, automatic casting, mold heat setting, dynamic secondary cooling control and dynamic Soft reduction technology.

Designed annual output of qualified slab 1.5 million tons, slab thickness of 150 mm and 220 mm, width of 1500 mm -2300 mm, including carbon steel, alloy steel, ship plate steel, boiler steel.
